How to Use

1. Charge: Before first use, fully charge the device for 3 hours (USB charging).

2. Position: Place the massager on your neck, shoulders, or waist. Use the straps to fix it securely for hands-free use.

3. Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn on.
